I love dots! This is the second in my Mandala series. This style is typically handpainted on stones or tiles to create fabulous geometric designs.
I'm thrilled with the pattern I achieved this time. I used very thin stringers of glass and a very tiny flame.
The bead is 1 1/4" diameter x ~ 1/2" thick. The base colour is black and the dots are a combination of opaque red, yellow and white.
All of my glass beads have been carefully annealed in my digitally controlled kiln to ensure strength and durability.
